Bought 1 year ago oral - b genius and it stopped working
Bol paid the item back but because now 40 more expensive, they gave the extra money too, without any requested. You always be a good seller platform but to give this kind of service is TOP 10/10

Carflexi extreme non-professional brokers, and they hide their info in the sales details. I rented a car and paid with my American Express Card (amex) than without my agreement they inserted a full insurance, which is 100% fully covert by my amex credit card which was only 27 for 5 days. They refunded within 3 days, but when we try to get the car booked at exotic cars in the Seychelles, the rental did not accept Amex and I need to pay with amex for the full insurance, so Exotic car send me to their colleagues NelsonCarrental next to them, and they accept my card, the rental was somewhat more expensive and the own-risk was higher, but nice people/car. When I asked my down payment back at Carflexi, they refuse because in their conditions was written that only Master/Visa was accepted but in the paper they send me, it was just written"bring a valid credit card in the name of the driver" and that is what I did. Super unfair people, go with others... not this company.
This is what they send me
"Please remember when picking up your car, the following documents are essential:
- Your voucher
- A valid credit card in the name of the main driver*
- Your drivers license*
- Your ID card / Passport "
And this part for not paying back my money
*Please check the terms and conditions of your booking to make sure that you meet the requirements which will be requested upon the pick up.

We regret any distress and inconveniences that you experienced as a result of this and for not having got the car that we reserved for you.

We would like to inform you though that as per terms and conditions and your voucher a valid Eurocard / Mastercard, VISA credit card in the name of the main driver should be presented in order to pick up the car.

As per terms and conditions of your reservation:

Payment:
The following credit cards are accepted:
Eurocard / Mastercard, VISA.
Cash is accepted.
Debit cards are accepted.
If this applies, a credit card surcharge of 4.5% for all transactions will be payable at the counter.
A valid credit card in the name of the main driver must be presented as guarantee for the rental.
Our local car rental partner may reserve an amount equal to the excess as guarantee,
Which will be released after the end of the rental period if no damage/theft has occurred.
Excess waiver insurance is available locally, offered by our car rental partner, as an optional extra form of insurance to provide cover for all or part of the excess.
Please note that all local payments will be made in Euro (EUR) or Seychellois Rupee (SCR).

Regretfully the down payment only is not refundable in this case and the balance amount written on your voucher will be not charged according to our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy
Free of Charge for Cancellations made online via My Booking 48 hours before the rental start date.
Cancellations less than 48 hours incur a non-refundable maximum amount of 50 Euro* (or equivalent currency).
*Due to the currency exchange rate used by your bank this amount may be slightly higher or lower.
No Refund is made for a No Show or failure to produce the correct documentation (voucher, driving licence/s, credit card etc.).
