I filed a complaint, and it appears the BBB is acting like a cheerleader for the business and is more worried about their bottom line than helping the victims of abuse by a business and running interference for the crooked company and allowing them to investigate themselves is crazy the company has 1,561 complaints and about 800 bad reviews in just the last three years.

You still give them a B rating; how is that even possible?

4. In her own words, she shows they do not investigate and that they allowed the company to investigate themselves.

The cocky attitude stands out. #RhondaMettler

Then to say
"That Credit One did respond twice to address the issue, hence the closure of your complaint."
If that does not sound like a Cheerleader, anything does.
In addition, a response is not the same as proof, which I have I have a letter and a copy of the digital file showing that Credit One Bank not only received the check but was cash by their business, which I sent them, and the bank sent them several as well.

Complaint: *******

The complaint in detail on or about 08/29/2022, Credit One advised me they were changing my credit card from a VISA to an American Express and would be sending me a new card and was not giving an option.
I make my payments from day 1 through my bank to keep a record, which shows they accepted my payment on the 4th or 6th of every month,which is early, and so every payment made from that point, they say my payment was not received after several calls, emails to their website they correct it after a bunch of harassment and nasty messages claiming they are going to close my account, etc.

Now it's a new year.

The problem is still not fixed.

In fact, I have two accounts, which are paid at the same time each month.

The only account with the problem is the one they switch from a VISA to an American Express.
I tell them each time what I think the problem is when they change the cards.

The guy from India that answers the phone has no clue and can't understand him.
