I purchased furniture in October of 2022. Against my better judgment, I left a 5 star review prior to receiving a full replacement on my warranty as I was under the belief that the company would stand behind their product. Prior to my review, they were following up, keeping up with communications and doing everything they could to handle the warranty with my furniture. However, ever since I have sent a favorable review I have never heard back from the company and have had nothing but excuses as to why they cannot replace the recliner which has been lopsided since day one. I have been waiting to hear from the so-called supervisor for 2 weeks now. I have also been told this recliner is made in China which I would never have purchased in the first place had I known this to begin with. Beware to the consumer, do not bother to register a complaint to the BBB, they will not do anything. If you want anyone to take your complaint seriously, especially if you are a senior citizen, who I think this company thinks they can take advantage of, register a complaint with the attorney general.
