Verizon home protect through asurion:
So i was recently trying to set up my new device and they kept trying to push Verizon home protect on me so much i had to hang up the phone. I called back to get someone else and they started doing the same thing. So i finally agreed and enrolled. I then when to read through the terms and conditions. They're absolute trash.
Below are just some of the things they don't cover:

Burned-in images and pixel failure within designed specifications or that do not materially alter the product's functionality;

Which is funny because when i went to cancel the plan it said i should keep it because someone could steal my devices or i could get water damage (which it specifically states above that is not covered) and i need to be protected. For 25$ a month i really don't even know what you're paying for. There's literally nothing they have to do.
Better idea is going through your insurance company, I go through my car insurance company. I have a plan for 25$ a month the covers personal valubles.
Ofg process and i just had to send them a list of the things that were damaged and they sent me a check 5 days later for re-imbursement:)
I've also gotten plans for other electronics that basically cover nothing. These plans that they offer are completely useless
