Soundcloud is by far the worst customer support I have ever experienced. Not to mention the horrible spam infested site. And they steal from musicians because muso's allow it. So sad.
I don't even know where to begin. The review will be too long. So I'll focus on the following:
Their reply takes about a month to two months if they do. When they do, they seem very kind and helpful. Then, you never hear from them again. I have emailed them 7 times in a row. This took about a year in total. I never, not once got any help from them. You can't say I didn't try.
First they billed me without my permission. And now I can't log into my accounts. After many months of trying I decided to leave the site and asked them to delete me from the site. But no one ever replies after the first reply. That is such a 'f*ck you' to your customers. It's unbelievable.
They are the worst experience I've ever had with any company. I hate you Soundcloud, and your so called support is dragging you down and I hope you all drown together. Going bankrupt the for second time, and this time no one will bail you out. Your end is nigh. I heed you!
Musicians, wake up and stop selling yourselves to these daemons. Have some self respect. Soundcloud and these streaming giants are just using you and stealing your souls. Stand up for yourselves for goodness sake.
