I am sick and couldn't finish the online portion of the class in time nor did I feel good to attend class so I called in, explained this to all 5 agents I was transferred to a 6th person and to make matters worse they refused to reschedule. The class had to be rescheduled and I have to pay again and wait 3-5 business days for the first payment class of fund.
Tip for consumers: If you change a class date they make you pay again and wait for a refund
