I purchased a Legend battery on 2/28/24.
After purchasing the battery, I brought the old battery back to have it tested, it tested at full strength per your employees.( which was later confirmed by a Napa auto repair where the car was repaired. I still had the battery I had just purchased from you in the original condition (this all happened within a 45 minute span)
I was told there could be no refund on a battery which I later found out to be untrue according to your website and other Napa locations.
Obviously, I'm disappointed by the decision your local store made. I would appreciate your attention to this problem. I am willing to bring the battery back obviously. Not that it may matter but I'm a retired senior citizen on a budget and $200 is a lot of money for me. I sent the above letter to Napa. They responded thank you we'll try to do better. 🤷‍🤷‍
