I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing from this company. I found them on Amazon, then started ordering from the direct site. 1 of my packages was marked delivered but it was delivered to the wrong address with a picture of a house that is not mines. I was told that the product was delivered and they did their part! Now I have to wait over a week to get an answer on whether they go refund me or not. I also own a business and all of my packages are insured. I would never make a customer wait this long especially if they have proof that the package was not delivered properly. I provided the picture that was left by the postal service plus a picture of my home with the address in BIG numbers proving that my home address picture did not match the picture that was provided by the delivery company. I fully understand that they did mail the package but I also provided the right address on the order plus proof that it wasn't delivered to me. As a business owner I would immediately send out a replacement or refund, just to provide proper customer service. They will get their money back from the insurance claim! Don't even think about paying for faster shipping, it's still go come in the regular amount of days. I also made this mistake. I should have learned my lesson then. They won't get another opportunity to slow down the production of my products.
