I ordered 5 sweaters, of which none fit. Trying to return has been awful, 4 different account reps saying different things, trying to complicate the process by asking for photos on hangers, saying I have to pay for the return to China, then saying I could get a refund on my next order, prolonging the situation until the 30 window would never have been met due to shipping timeframes. Finally settled on a refund that was 1/3 the value of what I paid for the items. Clothing sizes off, return process non-existent, unsatisfactory resolution. They know you'll get annoyed and fed up and quit arguing and they count on that.
