I would leave negative stars if I could.
I am having the same issue as many others: placed an order with no change for 9 days. Their site says they ship 1-2 business days from when the order is placed, so already there is a problem. When I sent an email to inquire my order was changed to "shipped" the next day. It has since been a week and still haven't received the 2 stickers I ordered, and I live only two hours' drive from the company.
According to FAQ Question #3, I have to wait another week before I can pursue a refund or replacement.
Stay away! This place is not worth the effort.
8/8/16 UPDATE: Stickers arrived today. Even though my order was changed to shipped on Aug. 1st, the postage label is dated Aug. 4th. USPS delivered in normal time for First Class postage. Hopefully the business owner can sort out their issues in the long run.
