I ordered a textbook on May 20,2023. I got an email saying that it was shipped on May 26 and then it will be delivered within 7-10 days. When I didn't receive it within that timeframe, I checked the order status. From June 6 to now, July 3, I have checked the status every day. It says "no information available." Biblio took my money almost two months ago, never to have delivered the order. I emailed customer service many times and never got a reply. BEWARE! BIBLIO IS A SCAM!

I found your order, and it does look like there's a problem with the tracking number provided by the bookseller. I've reached out to the seller separately with you on copy, and please rest assured that a refund will be issued if the seller cannot provide updated tracking details in the next day or so.
