I've been a loyal customer with Stylevana for the past two years, but my recent experience has been disappointing. I ordered skincare products worth $250, but they never arrived despite being marked as 'delivered'. The courier informed me that the package was damaged and returned to the sender. I reached out to Stylevana right away, expecting a response within their stated 72 hours. But a week has passed with no word from them. I understand things can go wrong, but a quick update would have been appreciated. This lack of communication is frustrating and leaves me feeling let down.
