I placed an order with priority shipping and there has been no update to my order status. I have tried emailing, using chat, and leaving voicemail messages. No responses. Truly frustrating to order something you want as a Christmas gift for a loved one only to be completely let down by a company that does not honor it stated fulfillment timeframes and doesn't do anything or respond to address issues when raised. I would never order from LookHUMAN again would caution anyone else from ordering.
