After six months of DELAY tactics by CHOICE, my oven is still not fixed. The company offered $200 (and sent a check) but they admit the oven must be replaced! The policy limit Amount is $3000 which is less than what it will cost to replace the oven. Their DIRTY TACTIC has been to not provide a legitimate website that I can PROPERLY file the arbitration claim papers & exhibits even though the Arbitration Board requires; fortunately, so for. The Arbitration Board has overruled and it's HEARING MY CASE, so I should know something within the next month. What a "huge rip off" by this company. They do everything they can to not pay their claims and ARE USEING VERY DIRTY TACTICS Against this 80 year old man who is trying to live off Social Security.
