Took a car battery back to them, that still had a warranty. I had taken it out of the vehicle because I was working on it and stored the battery in my garage. When I reinstalled the battery it wouldn't crank. I put a battery charger on it, but it wouldn't charge. I took it back out of my vehicle and put it in the garage with the charger on it, and it wouldn't get above 6.5 volts. Took it to the Temple Texas store and attempted to explain it to the salesperson what was going on. He immediately told me, without listening to me about what had happened, that it was abuse and the warranty was voided. I asked him what made him think it was abuse, and was told because it was below 10 volts. What? That makes no sense. Like an idiot I bought a new battery, which I should have went somewhere else, and left, definitely not a happy customer. Believe me, that will be the last time I get a battery, or anything else from Battery Plus. Buyers beware, read the other reviews and STAY AWAY
