I recently signed up for goodrx gold after seeing that my medication was available thru goodrx gold for $134 at a local chain pharmacy. When my prescription was filled, I called to check the price and was told that it was $341. I had them check that it was thru goodrx gold, and they confirmed that that was the actual price. They suggested that I call goodrx gold customer service. When I did so, and finally got thru to a human (34 minutes later) the rep told me that many of the prices shown on the gold website were incorrect, and that to get the actual price I had to look up the med on the goodrx website where it would show both the goodrx and the goodrx gold prices. When I did that (at the "official goodrx site-compare prescription prices" it showed ONLY the goodrx price. NOTHING for goodrx gold. Goodrx gold charges for membership, renewing monthly, so you must enter a credit card with security info to get the gold card. Is this a phishing scam to get my card info? Looks like it to me. I just cancelled that card with resulting hassles. BUYER BEWARE!
