These stores are always cost effective, have the products that I need the majority of the time, and the customer service is almost always great. I have shopped here for years at several different locations. I have seen an error/issue or two, but their response to correct is always appropriate. The employees seem happy and seem to enjoy their jobs which helps them be more helpful to the customers.

This DJ agreed to do my daughter sweet 16 party. He called me just a bit after sending the inquiry. We hit it off on the phone and spoke for quite a while about computers and other stuff. He agreed to do the even with DJ services and photo booth for $500. Said he wanted to help me out. I thought it was great. He later on a phone call said he could not remember the services he was providing, so I reminded him. He then stumbled around and said I must have mis-understood the price because that was too low for the photo booth to be included. I did not mis-understand, but I knew I was getting a deal, so I agreed to increase the price for all services for the event to $900.00. While that happened we also had some emails not make it through, assuming because of the playlist attachment, so I was to resend it to him. However I forgot, so he asked again and before I got around to resending it. He started sending rude text messages and implying that I was lying to him about the emails. I ignored the insults and behavior, because at this point we are only two days to my even (really less as it is 10pm). I forwarded him the previous email that I had sent just. He then wanted me to sign an agreement stating I would not write or no one associated with the event would not write any reviews. I said I would not sign such an agreement, but that I was willing to forget this matter if everything else went well. He then backed out of the agreement. He emailed me through Wedding wire acting as if there was a payment misunderstanding. I however record my calls and will prove that he knowing agreed on the original deal for $500 and the adjustment to $900. At the end he called me a "$#*! show." This person is not a good person or reliable. I am not sure about his services if he shows...but I would not risk hiring him for an event because you might have problems.

The site it self is a bit of a scam because even if you are a paying member the other person can not see your message, picture, or respond to you or unless they are also a paying member. So you are getting cheated automatically by the site.

Second, almost every single person I did chat with, which was quite a few, ended up being a scammer. The conversations generally would last for hours, maybe not all at once, but they are trying to get you interested before they drop the scam pitch. For example, "let me help you invest in crypto binary option trading" or "poor me can you help" with money or gift card. You're more likely to win the lotto by spending this amount of money on the website, than you are likely to find love on this site.
