After I had accumulated 45,000 plus points I asked for payment. They replied they would not pay as I was suspected of fraudulent activity. How do you commit fraud by answering questions? They not only robbed me they also defamed me. Toluna is totally toxic. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

I did 45,000 points worth of surveys for Toluna over a period of several months. When I went to get paid, they stiffed me. I did surveys for Survey Junkie for over a year and never had a problem. BEWARE OF TOLUNA! THEY ARE DISHONEST.

Tip for consumers:
I DID SURVEYS HONESTLY AND FAIRLY AND WAS NOT PAID!!!!!

As it is explained in our FAQs as well as our T&C, the timing of credits for Points depends on each survey. For some surveys, credits are applied within a few hours or days; for others, however, the credits are applied after the survey has closed.

This happens because we need to wait until the client analyzes the survey data in order to post the full incentive. After the client sends us the list of qualified respondents, we adjust our records and ensure that all the members entitled to receive the incentive are rewarded.

We make every effort to credit surveys as quickly as possible and work hard with our clients and partners to make this happen. However, due to the complexities of different surveys and their lifespan (how long a survey stays active) there can be a large swath of wait times until you are awarded your points.

While we understand this can be unpleasant, we don’t want you to become worried that points have been forgotten because they do not appear within a matter of days or weeks. We will always do our best to provide prompt crediting of points wherever possible. I do assure you that we do not intend to hold points from our panelists. We know that you work hard to earn points and we greatly appreciate your input.

I found a car on car gurus, called the dealer made arrangements for dealer to take the car to my mechanic and he agreed. I checked the next day and the dealer did not take the car and stopped taking my calls. The car is still on the dealers website. I contacted the dealer several times. Finally I gave up and wanted to do a negative review. Car guru asked for my phone # and said I had never contacted the dealer. Their review system is worthless as is their review process. No consumer protection, as usual.

I spent many hours doing surveys and accumulated a number of points. I went to redeem the points...
