This place used to be so nice. Like, it's how we treat ourselves for Broncos games. No more.
They checked us into room 404 occupied.
(Also not the king suite that I overpaid for)
They checked us into room 400. Filthy, compete with old pizza box. Gross
After an HOUR we got checked into 720 AFTER the manager checked it to make sure it was clean.
No one offered any credit or apology or anything.
There are plenty of dog friendly hotels, don't pick this one!
