I ordered from them recently. I ordered 8 pairs. Which is a decent chunk of money. They said delivered and they weren't. When I emailed them they decided it wasn't their issue and aren't going to resend them. I'm now out a ton of money and they aren't going to do anything about it. Their customer service is horrible. It would be the decent thing to refund or resend but they won't. Good luck if there's any issue because their customer service sucks.

Unfortunately, once the package has been shipped out the delivery, fully depends on the efficiency of the local courier company.
As the delivery status shows that the package has been delivered, you are required to file a complaint if the package is lost.
Please proceed to contact your local USPS office with your tracking number and file a lost complaint.
Once you have received the report number for the lost case, we will proceed with reshipment of your order.
