Online chat helped me to place the order, then I received several updates on the design to approve before it was made. They arrived surprisingly quickly for a bespoke service and were exactly as I hoped they would be, a perfect fit and better material than I had on the original suite.
The only company who I could find to make replacement covers for my sofa, even the manufacturer of the sofa does not offer replacement cushion covers.
