Returned almost a month ago due to the seal being broken and being told by the devices manufacturer that the device had been registered for warranty by an individual in 2020.
The device was delivered back to the retailer on 24/01/2022, I was told to wait two to three days for the return to be processed. As of today 20/02/2022 twenty-seven days later I've yet to receive any refund. I've sent three emails on 01/02/2022, 03/02/2022 and 08/02/2022 respectively asking for an update on my return to which I received only one response on 04/02/2022 where I was told they'd check up on the return, that was sixteen days ago.
If in three days I don't receive a confirmation that my original payment will be refunded I plan to report the transaction to my bank which'll hopefully issue a chargeback. I have evidence of the device not arriving sealed along with digitally signed emails which document all my correspondence.
