Stretch Lab charged another eight sessions on 11/27/23 knowing that I was finished and knowing I didn't book sessions and didn't intend to do so. I was NEVER informed so this was unauthorized.
I called and the desk attendant said she was going to talk to management. I never heard back.
I finally reached the manager Celeste, and she informed me that the 30 days from 10/27 was 11/27. I told her 30 days from 10/27 was 11/26 because October has 31 days. Celeste can't count days and the unauthorized charge is fraudulent.

Easy to use! Like the simplicity and the prices!

Don't buy their products! Pricey junk...defective lids
The seal between the stainless tumbler and the lid leaks and when you write to the company, they don't bother to read what you wrote and don't look at the video you sent. They claim their products are perfect - never an issue or problem!

USED THIS PRICEY PRODUCT FOR MONTHS WITHOUT RESULTS! I WANTED TO IMPROVE THE UPPER LIDS WRINKLES BUT I GOT MORE WRINKLES UNDER THE EYES BECAUSE OF IT. LESS WRINKLES NOW THAT I STOPPED USING A FEW WEEKS AGO. NEVER USED A CREAM THAT WORKED IN REVERSE.

Bought a year ago and product continues to shed what looks like dirt / fiber particles underneath. Vacuumed hundreds to times and it doesn't improve. Also it unravels when even a pet walks on it. There are pieces of wood that poke so no walking barefoot or sitting on it.
I don't think the fibers were treated prior to weaving. I am tossing it. Wrote to the company again today but doubt if I will be offered a partial refund. Bought an EW-75 Scooter that had to be replaced by EW-72 after a long wait. I escalated my complaints and was contacted immediately by the Senior VP Pattiann McAdams. She was genuine in her concern for the last minute substitution due to parts' shortages that we even decided to order a Twilight PR-761 lift chair recliner from them because of it. We're ready to go to the local store to make a deal but changed our minds and made it with her instead. She's the best!
