I ordered my diet pills with the promise of a tracking number within 24hrs, they took my money and haven't heard anything since then. I have repeatedly wrote the service department with no return, I called the number another customer posted, Ron answered, after explaining my problem to him the phone went dead and no answer when I called back. So now I'm contacting my bank and the BBB to see if I can get my money back... don't use this website, it's not what they claim to be.
