I ordered my diet pills with the promise of a tracking number within 24hrs, they took my money and haven't heard anything since then. I have repeatedly wrote the service department with no return, I called the number another customer posted, Ron answered, after explaining my problem to him the phone went dead and no answer when I called back. So now I'm contacting my bank and the BBB to see if I can get my money back... don't use this website, it's not what they claim to be.

I want all of the people who got ripped off by this web site to know that I tracked down a man named Ron Sznol who is affiliated with this website and a company called RHS Ventures Inc. I called him and he is refunding my money Or so he says. His phone number is *******243 feel free to call him and complain and ask for your money back. Good luck

They suck, take your money and don't send you the products, and to find out it's not even what I wanted. Check the spelling, ALWAYS! Never again! I hope this stops someone else from my mistake.

Ediet is rip offs, my intuition told me not to make the purchase but my friend said she ordered her pill online and they sent her product within days. I paid for express shipping and I was advised that I would get a tracking number but no product no tracking number and no email response, They did however debit my account. They have a bogus email address, no one ever replies.

This is a total scam... just as the others, I ordered the pills, they took the money, and never sent the product. E-mailed several times with NO repsonse. Do not waste your time or money!

Thank you so much to that last person who posted that phone number. I called and demanded my money back and he said that he would take care of it. I guess if he doesn't I will just keep demanding. Thanks!

They are a ripoff-they do not send product or refund your money---
When ordering from a web based company if there is not a phone # listed on the contact page then one should be VERY WARY as to if they are a reliable

WTF! Sooo pissed off. I never recieved my order nor a responds to my emails. Fedex never got a shipment from them. DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. What a scam. I wish I had read these reviews before my purchase.
