I was a loyal customer for more than 3 years, and it all went down hill a year ago with a change in management I believe. First, their customer support became really bad, no answers or replies for days and when they do reply they are mostly useless.
But now they start losing packages, I ordered a google pixel watch 2 from amazon to be shipped to their warehouse, which showed that it arrived and signed off in amazon tracking. Only for it to never showing, and after 3 MONTHS of going back and forth with them, they just blamed it on amazon and TOLD ME TO FIGURE IT OUT WITH THEM. Which of course didn't work cause amazon have a no protection policy against shipment forwarders, and GS stopped replying to me.
So tl;dr If you don't want to risk your 300+ dollars shipment disappearing without a trace or help, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
Edit: they just replied to me with the same non helpful generic responses they have been telling me for months, it shows how much they care.

If you find yourself in this situation, we advise you to file a claim against the seller or shipper.
