Poor customer service unwilling to help even when the mistake is on them they say it isn't and you don't have a say. BTW screen name Promise with the escalation departments claim they have no supervisors which explains why it's screwed up.

Made a double booking because it didn't show up in the app. Once the booking was made the hotel was called immediately, they declined to refund the amount and stuck with two rooms. Spent half a day trying to resolve and this was for 3 nights, so having to pay for 6 nights.
Tip for consumers: Don't stay here, they are rude, stuck me with 6 nights when I only booked 3. Grant you I did do it through Trip Actions but the hotel was called immediately and said they would resolve specifically the dayshift manager, but didn't and then lied and said she didn't say that. I only wish they recorded the local calls. I'll never stay here again.
I had a double booked room spent half a day working to resolve it and they don't know what their own policy is. I talked to literally 5 people to resolve an issue and got 5 different ways to resolve it including they would take care of it which they didn't. Booking.com, Expedia or direct through the Hotel. I can't express enough how sorry this website.
