If you have any problems, you will NOT be able to get a hold of them! The phone number the provide DOES NOT WORK! WHAT BUSINESS DOES THAT?!
To add to this bull$#*!, they provide an email in which they "reply within 24 hours". I sent an email and immediately got this response:
