I've been a paying customer for 10 months. I paid $6,800 for six matches. I've gone on 3 dates. Three dates in almost a year. Of the three dates 2 did not even come close to meeting my expectations and one was just okay. There is no incentive for matchmakers to match you in an expedited manner. The entire model is geared towards Tawkify taking your money and trapping you in a contract, then barely doing their part. There is absolutely nothing you can do about it, either. They have you by the purse strings. You are also more often than not matched with people who are not paying for the service. So they also have nothing to lose. You as a paying customer hold all the risk and the service is awful. I would steer very clear.

To clarify, date timelines vary depending on each client's preferences and the matchmaker's strategy -- we prioritize match quality over speed to provide the best matches possible. Regarding matching with non-paying candidates, we have found no correlation between membership tier and success. In fact, the overwhelming majority of our success stories are client/member or client/recruit pairings. Regardless, ALL candidates go through the video screening process for compatibility.
