I bought 2 S sized jackets from Lazmall from Superdry. 1 came XL, model name is different from name on their order site but Lazada refused to refund me. Items were delivered to me on 14th April, I dropped off to return at Speedpost on 15th morning. Dispute resolution team rejected my refund 3 times! Wth... send me the wrong item but I have to pay for it? It's the vendor's fault! Now I'm going for my 4th dispute resolution. Looking to go to Case/get social media to cover this story. So damn frustrated.
