This is the second year I ordered Christmas gifts from them. Last year they told me the issues were because of Groupon. This year I ordered directly from them, no Groupon. It's been 21 days since I ordered and they haven't processed my order yet. The timeline on the website when I ordered said I should have my order with 15-20 days. They won't call back, they took 4 days to answer an email. This has been a nightmare. Clearly not Groupon's issue, clearly their issue.

Had an issue with shipping and was told I would get a call back within 24hrs. No call. Had to call multiple times, was hung up on, was told that I needed to pay more to resolve the situation, was told I needed to wait longer, was told I couldn't talk with a manager. Won't do business again.
