I tried to order some overalls for my husband. We received a 50% off & free shipping promotional catalog. I ordered the overalls plus 2 other items & applied the promo code. It came up with the other 2 items with half price & free shipping. The overalls didn't have the discount. I called customer service & was told since it wouldn't be shipped until 12-6, you will be charged the regular price. It's considered out of stock. You had to have your order in by 12-2. So, because they were out of stock on the item, you get screwed. We've ordered from this company many times & never had an issue. The gal was very nice, but never offered anything to keep the sale. That's really bad customer service. Never experienced that before either. Most companies will do something to make you happy. All I was told is you should've read the fine print. Not impressed! Guess we'll find another company to shop with.
