I booked with RedeemVacations and was sceptical about the deal. I upgraded the room for a high floor/ balcony and was very satisfied with the room. Other than the patio door not sealing (and within 10 minutes of calling reception, the maintenance person was there and repaired it immediately) I had no concerns. I wanted a fridge and had one within 10 minutes of calling down to the front desk ($10.00 a night). The hotel was very clean, trash cans were emptied regularly, the environment and staff COVID aware. Each interaction I had with staff from the hotel, they were polite, courteous and professional.
