Magellan's offshore-based customer service is awful. Could not comprehend how to make a simple change in my previously placed order. When I requested to speak to a supervisor, I was told "no one is available." Really? I don't buy from retailers with lousy customer service reps working unsupervised. Nobody has time for that!

Tip for consumers:
Order on line, but don't expect Magellan's customer service to be of any assistance.
