We are over your lackluster policies and nickel and diming on every turn. We loved Metro's policies and you're going to continue to lose the rest of us unless until you put those policies back. We're sick of no customer service, we're sick of late charges and don't nickel and dime us with late charges, inconvenience fees and whatever else $#*!ery you're trying to impose on us. Before you could call Metro and before you could call Metro and you would be contacted to a representative that would say thanks for calling Metro. Now you can't get any customer service and if you do get someone on the phone it's going to take you a half an hour to 45 minutes and then you're going to be contacted to Haji Abu that don't beaky any English! They stuck an $8 fee on my bill that I've never had before and I went into contest it and said sorry there's nothing we can do so I said okay you guys are starving for the $8 so much you just lost a customer of 10 years it's almost like they're trying to get rid of us and make this the worst possible experience ever. Metro in T-Mobile or hot trash and don't give them your money. I'm going to continue supporting everyone's negative review and if somebody knows about a class action suit I would like to join that also
