Long time Metro customer and I've been a Metro customer for over 10 years! I absolutely love Metro but soon as I heard T-Mobile was buying them I knew this was going to happen. Absolute worst customer service and every time you turn around they're trying to nickel and dime you to death with late charges and every other kind of thing. Automated service is the worst pile of trash ever and it never works correctly. Bring the old Metro back because we're sick of this T-Mobile trash and I am no longer a Metro customer after today because of their lackluster policies and poor customer service! Metro is not Metro anymore it's T-Mobile disaster! They charged up my account and extra $8 this month and I went into dispute it and they said sorry there's nothing they can do! They're so desperate for those pennies that they're willing to lose a long time customer over $8 ‍ I would advise going anywhere but T-Mobile or Metro. We absolutely love Metro now T-Mobile is chasing us out, but that's okay when they realize that bottom line maybe they'll figure it out

We are over your lackluster policies and nickel and diming on every turn. We loved Metro's policies and you're going to continue to lose the rest of us unless until you put those policies back. We're sick of no customer service, we're sick of late charges and don't nickel and dime us with late charges, inconvenience fees and whatever else $#*!ery you're trying to impose on us. Before you could call Metro and before you could call Metro and you would be contacted to a representative that would say thanks for calling Metro. Now you can't get any customer service and if you do get someone on the phone it's going to take you a half an hour to 45 minutes and then you're going to be contacted to Haji Abu that don't beaky any English! They stuck an $8 fee on my bill that I've never had before and I went into contest it and said sorry there's nothing we can do so I said okay you guys are starving for the $8 so much you just lost a customer of 10 years ‍ it's almost like they're trying to get rid of us and make this the worst possible experience ever. Metro in T-Mobile or hot trash and don't give them your money. I'm going to continue supporting everyone's negative review and if somebody knows about a class action suit I would like to join that also
