“Very Deceiving!”

I purchased my flight online, received a phone call stating that the price went up. During my 8 day interaction with this company the airfare kept rising. There is surely a language barrier where the agent begins speaking very fast and understanding of what is being said is lost. Once my ticket was displayed to me, it had my name completely wrong, had to wait another 28 hours to have it corrected. The agents are polite, but I feel they are not being honest on their website concerning the prices.

Tip for consumers:
If you have lots of time to spend talking on the phone and having the prices change from what is on their website. Then you can get a lower price on your airline ticket.
