Ditto to what the other two comments have both said. I ordered my seat on the 13th of April and to this day, April 27,2010, I have not heard a word, I have not be responded to in emails that I have requested, there is no phone number for support, and I have no car seat. Even just contacting me to let me know when it will ship would be so much more accepted. I really love the idea of the organization and the idea of they profiting absolutely nothing to provide safe car seats for needy families is awesome but hey... what about my needy child?
