Bought two floodlights and a recommended chime pro to extend my WiFi. Still does not work as advertised. Now they want me to purchase video capabilities. Nothing mentioned from Hsn. Support can't help. Never removed one from the box and going to box the other two items and ship them back.

I'm sorry. I want to make sure that all of your Ring devices are performing properly. Do you happen to know what your upload speed is in particular? You can check by visiting www.bandwidthplace.com on your cell phone, and running a speed test right next to where your Ring Doorbell is installed. We also recommend running a speed test right next to your router, and comparing the two speeds. Sometimes, even with high internet speeds, the connection isn't as strong at the front of the house.
