Ordered 2 baskets before Christmas, now January 4 and they still haven't be delivered. No CS follow up

Tip for consumers:
Customer Service is non existent, they basically answer email with a “nothing we can do” approach

Products used:
Nothing as this was intended as a Christmas gift but never (to date) arrived
