I purchased a $350 piece of luggage which came with a 5-year warranty. Used it once and the area above the wheel busted open. I sent very detailed pictures and information to Betsey Johnson, and I was told I would have to file a claim with a company called 24/7. After 10 days and no response, I reached out to Betsey Johnson once again and was advised they would have 24/7 contact me. They did reach out only to tell me there was nothing they could do. I am very disappointed with their lack of caring and pointless warranty.
