After seeing the negative reviews from others (of course this was after I had placed my order), I was very nervous. The shoes arrived in a week and are exactly as I expected. Fedex delivered and I was able to track my order. The Betsey Johnson site wasn't easy or reassuring about the order getting placed - like sales tax and things, but they did send me email notifications of order received, shipping date and when it had been delivered. No complaints here.

Betsey Johnson went bankrupt and was bought out by Steve Madden. When I bought shoes from betseyjohnsonshoescanada.com I had to first create an account, then my card was apparently declined, then a transaction for more than I had authorized showed up on my credit statement to Neecloth Hongkong, who they claim is their payee. They told me the increased price was the exchange rate but the price listed said CAD (Canadian dollars). Their emails, order confirmations, shipping updates were really unprofessional and sketchy. I reported it as fraud or a scam and cancelled my credit card.

These people do not honor anything on their website. 2 days processing is nonsense. I'm at 10 days and my order is still unfulfilled and they still won't commit to a shipping or receipt date. NEVER AGAIN - run away. Fast.

Tip for consumers:
Will NEVER order from them again - I'll pay the extra and buy from a reputable store.

They don't accept credit or debit cards…WHAT? I would think a reputable company such as Betsey Johnson would have more paying options & better customer service. You just lost a 20 year loyal customer.

I ordered in December 3rd,2023 o pair of Diva Ivory boots, and I paid 99$ for boots and 44.95$ for shipping, plus taxes. This was ok, but in January, 23rd, 2024 I received a letter from FEDEX that I still owe them another 56.60$. In total I paid 100.95$ for shipping and 99$ for boots. This is unfair and unprofessional. When I made the payment, I considered that I paid the total amount for the boots. It is unacceptable that after almost 2 months I received another amount of payment for shipping. Also, when I placed the order, the delivery time was 1 week not 1 month. I will never order anything from them again.
Bad experiences, bad customer services, bad shipping.

I love Betsey Johnson products. They're unique, shiny, girly, and fun. However, I'd suggest buying them from a store instead of their website. I bought a pair of shoes in October and they still haven't arrived. They were out of stock, but said they would ship by mid November. Two months later, it's been shipped by the cheap slow FedEx home delivery, and hasn't arrived. Its December 17h today. I'm going to return them now just because of the bad service.

Tip for consumers:
Buy from a brick and mortar store if possible instead of online.

There's no over night shipping with there products! It's more like whenever they decide to ship it to you. So if you need your shipment on a certain day make sure you order 2 weeks or months ahead of time in order to receive it! Their customers serves suck via email and phone. They don't care about your concerns at all! They think it's funny when you're up set and don't do anything to help you in a better way! So don't pay for extra shipping to get your package sooner. There's no such thing.

You discredit the brand even abroad
I live in Russia and for many years t I'm shopping at online stores of different countries, but I mainly buy Italian shoes made of genuine leather. With the products of designer Betsey Johnson, I met only this year, when I was looking for some interesting sandals and it is with transparent heels. And so, I saw them at Macy's! I fell in love with them at first sight: an unusual combination of two floral patterns, a transparent block heel, slightly flared in my favorite style of the 1970s, and in the heels you can see... flowers! I bought both pairs: BLACK MULTI and MAGENTA MULTI. However, the synthetic fabric of the upper of the sandals, made in China, turned out to be quite tough, but I try to wear them with silicone pads.
I became interested in this name and found the Betsey Johnson online store. My attention was attracted by shoes MAX BLUSH decorated with small jeweled detail that would fit perfectly to my beautiful embroidered dress. Several pairs of my size of this model were on sale according to the site information. I was very pleased to make my first order on the official website of this legendary designer, so, on April 13 I placed my order and got confirmation. I was a little surprised that within a few days the status of my order was not changed, but the message received on April 18 led me just in a daze: «unfortunately, the following items are not in stock at this time». And my order was cancelled. An even stranger thing happened the next day: these shoes of my size were on sale again! However, I was afraid of repeating this situation and that I would remain without shoes at all. Therefore, I chose to buy the last pair of these shoes the color of MAGENTA on site 6pm. They did not disappoint my expectations.
I am grateful to the designer Betsey Johnson for the fact that she tries to make fashion available to people with different incomes and the products of her inspiration as cheap as possible, but some of her employees do not increase the credibility of her brand. I met such mindlessness for the first time.

I will never! Order from Betsey Johnson, they don't say when taking your money that your order will take weeks to ship. You cannot cancel the order even though it's still unfulfilled and unprocessed, and this sucks.
I ordered the shoe for a special event but they will not come on time and I will no longer need the shoe.

Don't use this site try DSW!

ADVISORY; Buyer Regret!
I purchased $217.00 rhinestone boots on 12/16/2022 for Christmas. January 7,2023 I never received my merchandise!

I Was told I would get a refund. Now they're asking me to do the legwork of contacting shipping when shipping was supposed to be free. I just want a refund my money back in full. I cannot represent a company's merchandise our products with a fraudulent marketing strategy. Buyers REMORSE: Do not purchase from Betsey Johnson!

I have been very dissatisfied with the sequins booties womens shoes. Purchased many pairs for my daughters stage shows. The Silver shoes for some reason kept cracking along the toe and the ankles. They sent me a new pair and the same thing happened. They are only worn for stage shows and they should not crack this fast or at all for the price. I will not be buying from them again. I can find cheaper ones for Amazon.

I purchased a $350 piece of luggage which came with a 5-year warranty. Used it once and the area above the wheel busted open. I sent very detailed pictures and information to Betsey Johnson, and I was told I would have to file a claim with a company called 24/7. After 10 days and no response, I reached out to Betsey Johnson once again and was advised they would have 24/7 contact me. They did reach out only to tell me there was nothing they could do. I am very disappointed with their lack of caring and pointless warranty.

I purchased a pair of shoes on February 23 of this year and I just to decided to wear them. The right shoe has the defect of fastening on the same ankle as the left shoe. The defect is easily noticed and was not noticed until I got ready to wear them. I contacted customer service and they told me since it has been over 30 days they could not help me. I then pointed out that their policy says they guarantee against defects and it has no expiration of the time. They still refused to help. I could see them refusing me if it had been a year or longer.

I placed an order 11-21 for pre sale boots that was to ship 1-22, then was notified they would ship in March, then that changed to April, now they are saying June. I would highly suggest never ordering from them as they seem to never be able to deliver an order in timely fashion. Upon emailing them they could care less if anyone is upset or unhappy. All they care about is the money. Customer service is horrible.
Hondstly they don't even deserve the 1 star I gave them. Utterly disappointed.

I received my order *******, to small so I emailed customer service they responded but trying to get a return label has been a nightmare, the website is horrible but after reading the reviews I see why her ratings are so low. I tried them on, and they are too small hurt my feet so bad because they don't fit. I'm scared to exchange them for another size after reading the reviews I just want my money back. I ordered a purse and sidny shoes which are on backorder. The purse was supposed to be delivered last Friday. After the wknd I received a notification that the package was damaged in transit and was being returned and I'd receive a refund for the purse. So I reordered it and paid for 2 day shipping. Bag is supposed to arrive tmrw. I need it for Saturday the 21st since I didn't receive it for last weekend. Shipping says it won't arrive until Monday. So now I am trying to contact them for a refund for the 2 day shipping I paid for but am not receiving. I question if the original purse was actually "damaged" and I already sense the argument into the shipping fee refund. I'll let visa handle them if they don't give it to me.

I do not recommend buying from Betsey johnson.com. Every time I buy from them their products come a month later then their ship date. Also their customer service is awful. They have no idea what's going on and no idea when you will get your order. And believe me I am a huge BJ fan. However I buy from mostly eBay instead or look around for other distributors.

If your ordering a purse, don’t plan on getting it for at least a month later if it has a pre-order date.

I ordered May 21 and still don't today! Was sent a tracking number 3 days ago and all it says is fed ex awaiting package and no date given. This is bad business! Customer service isn't any help at all. I could've just ordered the bag thru Amazon and would've received it the next day and free shipping. This is my second order with Betsey Johnson and apparently the company doesn't care. Never again Y'all suck
