Ongoing construction since April till August. Mngt will nor return phone messages. Loud hammering and jack hammering on two sides of wall, starting at 9.15 Am and past 6.30 Pm Hotel nor Hotels.com advice of ongoing construction. Pool Closed Hallway light cut off early evening and throughout night. Ice Machines not working. They required 48 hours advanced notice to cancel or will charge you a one night visit. Employees never informed us construction was ongoing.

Avoid - unsafe health environment, very horrible stench on entire second floor, suggestive of mold or fungal, a/c not working, water spilled on floor, clerk claimed only 1 room available right next to ours, had to buy air fresheners and place bath towels on door to try to cover stench. Sleep with patio door open to try to help. Access key stopped working when I was trying to re-enter at 10.30pm, as it failed for other guest. Manager never returns phone messages. Hotel requires TWO day cancellation notice or they will charge you for the night. Hotel.com will not assist consumer

They will support and cover for even the worse hotel. We booked Galveston Beach hotel in April 2021. Very strong mold or fungus smell through out second floor and especially in our room. They will not allow cancellation or credit if not cancelled 24 hours prior to date of stay. Others have reviewed same hotel for same unsafe environmental. A/C was not working - spilling water onto floor, building access key not working when we tried to enter hotel at 10:30PM Hotels.com also blocked me from reviewing this hotel on their website.

Item was to ship within 15 days, they shipped after over 45 days, one side of dress alot longer than other side. Patches were glued not sewn, and not all patches were glued, many sticking straight out, patches had holes in them. Glue spots all over dress, they only wanted to credit me $40.00 for dress, I returned, cost was $40.00 now they only want to give me a $100.00 credit vrs the full price of $210.00. Now I face a posible lawsuit from client upset dress was of poor quality and not recieved until 5 days prior to her event date, I had to refund my customer and she also cancelled 10 other dress orders for her court of honor.
