I recently had a very disappointing experience with JustAnswer.com, which has compelled me to share my story to warn potential customers. Without my consent or any prior subscription, I found myself charged with membership fees by JustAnswer. This came as a shock to me since I had never agreed to any such membership or recurring charges.

Upon discovering these unauthorized charges, I immediately reached out to JustAnswer's customer service, hoping for a quick resolution and a refund. Unfortunately, my experience only worsened from there. Despite my clear explanation and request for a refund for charges I never subscribed to, JustAnswer refused to refund the money. Their lack of understanding and unwillingness to help left me feeling frustrated and taken advantage of.

Left with no other choice, I had to escalate the issue by sending chargebacks through my credit card company to dispute the charges. This process was not only time-consuming but also unnecessary stress that could have been avoided if JustAnswer had acted responsibly and ethically from the beginning.

It's disheartening to encounter such deceptive practices from a company that you'd expect to provide reliable and honest services. I strongly advise anyone considering using JustAnswer to be wary of their billing practices and to think twice before providing any payment information. Based on my experience, their refusal to acknowledge and rectify unauthorized charges shows a lack of customer care and integrity.

Residents Energy (https://residentsenergy.com) is a despicable company that scams people and steals money from them.

Their agent came and misrepresented herself as representative of my current energy provider PSEG and told that they to verify something, they looked into my PSEG account recorded some account numbers and then started to say that we overpay for the energy and they offer price four times, I refused the deal and asked her to leave.

Sadly for me in upcoming weeks I found that we completed the switch without my explicit authorization and started to change 14 cents per KW instead of 11.60 cents per KW I was paying before.

These sales tactics are deceiving and not acceptable, they steal money from the customers, and I would participate in class action suit and fully prosecute the company with all possible means.
