Short version: This website is a shill. Don't be fooled like I was. Don't pay them a dime.

More extended version (my story):

I searched for a provider of hormone therapy and found this website. It featured a photograph of a grey-haired man in a doctor's lab coat. I contacted this company and engaged in telephone and email conversations with Jennifer Canterino, where we discussed hormone replacement therapy. In two separate telephone conversations, she told me she could get a doctor to prescribe it and emailed lab orders to get my blood tested. She emailed me in-depth medical questionnaires, which I filled out with my confidential medical history, date of birth, and social security number.

I paid her Modern Health of America company $175.00 on October 11,2023, and $375.00 on November 10,2023, via an anonymous WorldPay portal. Jennifer told me these were for "lab tests." Later, when I questioned her about a promotional email offering complimentary lab tests, she changed her statement and told me the payments were for consultations with "the doctor," who she told me would give me a call at a mutually prearranged time.

Michael Disanto called me on Friday, October 20,2023, at 9:05 AM MST, introducing himself as "Dr. Disanto," and, after discussing hormones, COVID-19 vaccines, and my requests, told me he could prescribe injectable testosterone for me.

He called me again on Tuesday, December 5,2023, at 11:39 AM MST and told me he "wasn't licensed" to practice in my state and could not prescribe anything for me but would find someone who could.

Suspicious, I looked up his name through the Florida Department of Health and the Federation of State Medical Boards (fsmb.org). The Board reported that his medical license has been fined, reprimanded, revoked, suspended, placed restrictions on practice, or terminated in 19 of the 21 states he holds licenses. I telephoned Jennifer Canterino, who expressed surprise at this information. She promised to call me back in late December or early January 2024. I have yet to hear from her.

I paid this entity $550.00 and did not receive any of the services or products I was told I would receive.

Tip for consumers:
This website is fraudulent and should be shut down.

Verified purchase

This company offered Black Friday deals in 2022, so I fell for their "Buy 3 Get the 4th One Free" deal and bought straps for my Garmin Venu 2. After only one week of use, the pins kept loosening. Each strap, one after the other, would detach from the wearable while I was wearing it. I almost lost my Venu 2 - a $400 device - several times. Finally, I had to throw all the straps in the garbage.

The company website states that they have no customer service telephone number, only email, but when I emailed them, they never responded. This is a SCAM. They take your money, sell you a USELESS product, and have nonexistent customer service. Thank god I still have my Garmin because I stopped using the straps.

Tip for consumers:
You should know that you have no recourse if your product fails and will not get your money back.

I bought two flimsy, non-protective cases from this site. The cases did not fit my phone as advertised at all, so I followed the site's instructions to return them. I paid for tracking which said that the items were successfully delivered to the vendor's address. After SEVEN WEEK, I did not see a refund, so I called the number on the site. IT WAS DISCONNECTED! I can't believe that someone operates this site, takes money, and does not refund for defective items.

April 2021

I paid for a hard-to-find 45W Google Pixelbook 3.0 USB-C Charger Power adapter from this merchant. The site seemed professional; I was able to create an account with it and pay for my order via PayPal. Within five days, I received an email notification from the vendor stating that my purchased item had been shipped. The email contained a link with my tracking information. When I followed the link, it displayed an empty field and told me to enter a shipper, i. E. UPS, FedEx, or USPS to complete the tracking query.

I emailed the vendor about this once, then a second time when I did not receive a reply within three days. Finally, the vendor replied with an email that said: "I am sorry to inform you that your order is out of stock, hasn't been shipped out. Regards."

There was no signature, no indication of a refund, and no explanation for why I was sent tracking information when nothing had been shipped to me in the first place.

I emailed right away a request for a refund. I did not hear from the vendor, and as before, I emailed a second time. The vendor responded after the second email stating only, "Hi, I will apply refund for you." It has been two weeks from my order, and I have not received a refund from this merchant. The merchant's website is still fraudulently advertising that they have the item available for sale, and is still taking people's money for the item. The merchant site lists an address in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province of China.

UPDATE -- April 26,2021:

It gets worse. PayPal says that the vendor refunded me the money I paid, but that was days ago, and my actual bank statement shows no such activity. He managed to defraud PayPal.

Tip for consumers:
This is a fraudulent overseas merchant that advertises products and takes money for such products from customers without any intent to deliver them. Beware of purchasing items from this merchant.
