Beware of the bad business and billing practices at this dental office. Broadway Dental submitted fraudulent claims and made me responsible for the charges. I went there for the routine check up, a cleaning and for a consultation on a fractured tooth on my last visit. Dr Sen did a filling for the fractured tooth and replaced 2 fillings. The office illegally billed the insurance 350 dollars for post root canal work that was never done and then wanted me to pay it after the insurance denied the claim. They were only suppose to get authorization for a crown. I never got a root canal. I did not even realized that the charge was for post root canal work until I did a search on it. The dentist did not start the crown work yet. Since the dentist was able to do a filling, a 1200 crown was not necessary. Dr. Sen tried also tried to con me by asking me if I wanted him to start the crown work on the same day of the visit before getting authorization from the insurance? A crown is 1200 dollars. Since the authorization was denied, good thing I did not have him start the crown work. He would have made me responsible for the 1200 dollars and the other expenses. The insurance would not have paid for it if he had done the crown before getting authorization. He is not suppose to do a crown without first getting authorization from the insurance. Dr. Sen also instructed the technician to do a regular x-ray. She did a panoramic x-ray instead after I kept gagging on the the x-ray film and being it was too painful to close my mouth with the film inside my mouth. A panoramic x-ray is only suppose to be done every 3 years. The office and the insurance is making me responsible for 120 dollars since the insurance did not pay for it. The technician had no business taking a panoramic x-ray and making me responsible for 120 dollars. It was their responsibility to check if the insurance would cover it and to make sure the panoramic x-ray is only done every 3 years. The staff are very disorganized and the customer service is very bad. The office manager did not straighten this out nor apologized to me for the inconvenienced. She billed me 474 dollars. The insurance made them liable for the 350 dollar charge after I filed and appeal. The bill I received from them in the mail said that the previous charges were 474 dollars. The 354 dollar charge had gotten reversed. The office manager told me to disregard the bill after I complained about it. I had to appeal it again with the insurance. The copay is suppose to be 0 dollars and 50% for bridges and dentures until the allowed amount the insurance will pay is reached. Dr. Sen only cared about his profit and not about my welfare. The office manager had told me that Broadway Dental was a participant of my insurance when I first contacted them. She asked me to text a photo of my insurance card. Every thing was fine with the insurance when I arrived for the appointment to have a routine checkup and cleaning. At the end of the first visit, Dr. Sen gave me a hard time about the insurance. He told the office manager to call insurance to make sure that I was covered. They are suppose to check before the visit and at the beginning of the visit. I do not recommend them.

The company provided excellent training in the order entry department and the shipping room when the first supervisor was running the order entry department. It was a good place to get office training and experience. It was a steady 5-day job. The leadership at this company was very poor. The company was messed up. The management and some of the employees got very nasty. They could not be trusted and they used their positions against me. There was a lot of malicious gossip and backstabbing there. The work environment at Totalcomp became very hostile and abusive. It was too dangerous for me to remain employed with this company after the first supervisor was transferred to the A/P department. It was not a safe place to work at. I left that company hating the management and some of the employees. It was a threat that management allowed the owner's son's girlfriend to play boss. She was very cruel to me. She harassed, bullied, and attacked me. She was a troublemaker who could not be trusted and she became an extreme threat to me. She also wanted to knife me in the back to the police department and call the 911 on me with the cruel intention of attempting to get me arrested and committed. She wanted to shoot me. She also wanted and have me fired and to have me thrown out. She told me that I can leave and never come back. She was a very mean person who wanted to ruin my job and my life. She was a power wolf who wanted control over me. She was not a supervisor nor a manager. She violated the company's harassment policies and created a very hostile work environment. Management condoned her cruelty and gave it respectabilty. The second supervisor who held a grudge against me got the owner's son's girlfriend after me shortly after he had replaced the first supervisor. He could not be trusted either and was also a threat. He betrayed confidential information to the girlfriend and discussed order entry matters with her when it should have only been discussed with the order entry staff. He put me in danger of getting fired when he knifed me in the back before and after he became supervisor. Management had allowed him to get away with loafing around instead of working. He and the owner's son became instant best friends. He allowed the owner's son's girlfriend to intrude on the order entry department and to tell him how he should run it. He was her puppet. It was also a threat that he hired the neighbor who I had the repeated trouble with on the apartment property. I had also told her before I had gotten hired at Totalcomp that I did not want her talking to me and to stay away from me. She was the daughter of one of the employees. The higher management supported the hiring. It was really a retaliation against me. The first supervisor did not like her and had the same opinion about her that I did. She was no longer running the order entry department. The owner's son's girlfriend harassed and blackmailed me to like the neighbor and to forgive her or she was going to call 911 on me. She had a meeting with the neighbor telling her that people were going to avoid her because she talked too much. She turned it into a major problem that I avoided the neighbor and did not like her. She said the owner was going to fire me for not liking the neighbor. Her talking was one of the reasons I had avoided her. The owner's son's girlfriend threatened me for an hour about this neighbor. The second supervisor told me that he did not like the neighbor. He said that she was very annoying and that she talked too much. He said that he was sorry that he hired her and that she was not meeting up to standards. He also said he was sorry that he did not listened to me about her. He said the higher management would not let him fire her because of the connection she had with her father. He then got nasty when I had complained to him about the neighbor in regard to a shipping room issue and because I did not talk to the neighbor. I also told him that unless it is business, that is as far as it goes with this neighbor. He immediately got the owner's son's girlfriend after me. The owner's son's girlfriend approached me in the front office and began to attack me about the neighbor toward the end of the business day. I was finishing up with my work and getting ready to leave for the day. She would not shut up and leave me alone. My supervisor stood there and watched with the neighbor while this was going on. The next day, the supervisor spoke to me in a very hostile voice. The owner suddenly fired him shortly afterwards. When the hiring manager called me into the conference room the next day after that horrible incident, she did not do an investigation at the meeting in order to hear my side of the story. She retaliated against me instead and sided with the girlfriend. She did not take disciplinary action against the owner's son's girlfriend. She did not even apologize to me about the horrible ordeal that the owner's son's girlfriend had put me through nor did she even care. That neighbor started to bother me and harass me at Totalcomp after she showed up there one day in the front office to visit her father. After her visit, her father told me that she was a pain in the as*. This neighbor was able to use her connections at Totalcomp to get hired there. She continued to bother and harass me at that company after she started her employment there. The trouble with this neighbor came into the company and she was able to force herself on me there. The management forced her on me also. The owner's son's girlfriend wanted to force her on me also. I also read on the internet that the owner's son girlfriend is also playing VP. The IT guy is really the VP. The owner's son's girlfriend also played boss over the radio and changed it to stations that played crappy music. Fortunately the IT guy changed the stations back to the 3 stations that the company played during the day. Management also allowed the owner's girlfriend's best friend to play boss and to also harass, attack, and insult me. They forced me to have an unwanted meeting with her in which she twisted things around and put a knife in my back. This happened after I had complained about the neighbor. She and the third supervisor also violated the company's harassment policies and created a very hostile work environment. It was not a problem that they did not like the neighbor. They turned it into a major problem that I did not like her. The third supervisor indicated that she wanted to call the police on me after I complained about her about the neighbor. She too twisted everything around and put a knife in my back at the meeting. She too wanted to knife me in the back to the police department. This was the same supervisor who had complained about the neighbor's talking and that she was freaking out in the shipping room. She said that the UPS guy did not want to come back anymore because of the freaking out. She was indifferent to the discomfort I felt in being in the shipping room with the neighbor and made me look bad. She also made me look bad for complaining when the warehouse manager wanted the neighbor in the shipping room with me during most of my shift. The third supervisor also told me that the neighbor's mother said that she can not stand her. She was also wondering if the neighbor was really talking to anyone on the phone. One of my neighbors said that she does not think this neighbor was really talking to anyone on the phone. If there is no person she can ventilate her talking on, then she ventilates it with her phone. Another order entry employee complained about the neighbor's freaking out and that she got her father after him. The neighbor also got her father after me because I complained that she was annoying me about his orders. The hiring management was on the side of the people who attacked me and let them get away with the crap they were giving me. The owner, the third supervisor, and the hiring manager got the owner's son's girlfriend involved as a retaliation against me on my last day with the company. There were also bad reviews about this company on the Indeed and Glassdoor job website. The reviews about "place run like a crazy house", "people smoke more than they work", and "drugs sold at the workplace" "malicious gossip at the workplace" are gone. A former warehouse employee who posted a bad review about Totalcomp on the Glassdoor job site warns people not to work at Totalcomp. Person wrote that drugs, beer bottles, and alcohol were found in the offices and warehouse where the owner's son and his friends frequently hung out. Recently, I just noticed some more of the bad reviews about Totalcomp on the Indeed job sight are gone. I had copied and pasted those reviews on the Microsoft Office software.There was no paid holiday, vacation, sick, and PTO days for employees working less than 35 hours. The company health insurance was unaffordable. Fortunately I had Medicaid. The equipment was outdated. Some of the keyboards were broken and did not work that good. Their phone systems however did get upgraded. When the screen on the phone got damaged after the phone twice fell off the desk, the owner was going to make me responsible for 200 dollars if it happened again. That is about a week's net earnings which I can not afford to pay. The weekly salary was low enough as it was. Did the phone even cost 200 dollars? I did a search on Amazon. The phones were not expensive and it did not cost 200 dollars. The owner decided make a budget cut and had the phone on my desk in the shipping room removed. It did not make any sense why he would remove the phone if he already bought it. Only the desk behind me had a phone and I answered it from my desk. That was when the phone started to fall off the desk. The desk behind me was too close to my desk. After the phone screen had gotten damaged, I could no longer read what was on the phone screen. The owner had to order a new phone for the shipping room. I started to bring the phone from my desk in the front office to the shipping room. The owner just wanted to make things hard for me and give me trouble with the phones. He should have just kept the old phones that did not have a screen on it. It was harassing when the owner and some of the managers asked me how old I was. The owner got his way when he forced me against my will to tell him the month and year I was born to get a login. That was private information. The owner forced the order entry staff to answer the phone on the first ring. The real reason was that he wanted to force the order entry staff to take orders from the customers before the salesperson who was only earning commission. It was not fair to the salesperson. The salesperson was lucky to meet a sales goal before the customer became their client. The second order entry supervisor got fired for passing the a call on to the salesperson. The owner also eavesdropped on the phone calls through a google website and then reprimanded the employees about it. My supervisor who worked in the order entry department for 20 years had trained me to ask the customer what their account number was before taking an order. That was how the employee handbook also instructed an order entry employee to take an order. After the owner listened to one of the phone recordings of which I had asked the customer to tell me the account number before I took the order, he called me into his office and found fault in it. He said he did not want me to ask the customer what their acount number was and only to ask them the name of the company. It was a lot easier and faster just to have the customer give me their account number. More than one account with the same name could come up in the system. The 86-year-old lady who had worked there at first appeared to be a sweet person. Some of the comments she made was not very sweet. The way she talked to me when I complained about it was not very sweet either. She embarrassed me to the employees. It was a threat that the owner's son was employed there because of the relationship he had with a coworker and a salesperson. It was a threat that he gave them instant power. The lyrics of the owner's son's rap music sucked and it used very bad and offensive language. The name of his rap band was the Dropouts. It was the same name of Erica Goldberg's rock band after she dropped out of college on the show The Goldbergs. There were safety hazards at this company. The owner's son speeded through the warehouse on on a motorcycle. One of the managers yelled at me when I complained about it and said he was the owner's son. The owner's son put a butane heater that gave off fumes inside the shipping room. One of the employees kept an electric heater on the desk right behind my desk. When I complained to me supervisor about it, she said that it was OK. The IT guy took the electric heater off the desk. I was glad when that employee got fired because of her frequent no shows. I was not happy the neighbor was her replacement. It was a threat that the neighbor who I had the trouble with and did not like was the daughter of one of the employees. I was shocked when she showed up one day and that she also used her connections to get hired. The hiring happened after the first supervisor got transferred to the A/P Dept. The hiring manager told me we would be working in shifts and the supervisor would monitor the situation between us. She then said that there were no shifts on my last day of employment there. It never worked out with the neighbor. I had a lot of trouble with her after she began employment at Totalcomp. She was a repeated annoyance. It was a misery being forced to work with her in the same department. Her desk was near my desk. She talked too much and did not stop talking. Her father and the owner knew this. The owner and her father also knew that I did not like her. Her father said that she was a pain in the as* and that she talked too much. The owner said that she talked too much when he was roasting all the employees at an Italian restaurant during a company event there. At she started working for Totalcomp, she did not stop talking. She talked out loud and sang out loud to herself and did not stop talking. I could not stand listening to this. She made nasty and harassing comments and brought her crap into the company. She was also constantly talking on her cell phone. She repeatedly bothered me at that company and did not leave me alone. Neighbor was obsessed in being in the shipping room at the same time I was. A repeat of the laundry room nightmare. She got too obsessed with the FedEx and her father's orders and the new accounts and wanted people to constantly show her how to do it. Not only did she repeatedly ask me to show her the same things, she wanted me to stand behind her and watch. She was already trained. There was an incident in which she followed me around the building into the shipping room and she wanted me to show her again how to do a FedEx order. The former supervisor spent a lot of time training her how to do a FedEx order. She then wanted to speak to a manager and make me show her. Her father walked in when I told her that she was annoying me. He told her to get out of the shipping room. He yelled at me and used bad language. He said that he did not want to hear sh*t about his daughter. It was not a problem that she gave me a lot of sh*t. There was another incident in which she took a new accounts form off my desk and claimed the owner's son's girlfriend told her to do it. She wanted me to stand behind her and show her. Another salesperson had asked me to do it and left it on my desk. She could not even do it when I tried to show her and I ended up doing it myself. She also got too obsessed with the purchase orders file. She was only supposed to file a purchase order, not the entire drawer. She got obsessed with the invoice file and invaded the job that the owner had asked me to do. The owner's son girlfriend came out of her office and oppressed me from complaining about it. Neighbor used a manager's position as her excuse to invade that job. There was another incident which the neighbor kept repeating the question after I answered her. After I got annoyed, a guy in the shipping room said I can be fired for speaking to her like this. There was another nasty incident in which the neighbor said "You really know your sh*t" after I showed her how to do something. She claimed she was a rapped artist who writes rap music after she found out the owner's son was a rap artist who writes rap musice. Another time in the front office, she said "Jesus, Mary, and the holy spirit, help me." Her father was standing next to her when she said she wanted to do a search on the company terminal and see how old the employees were in order to see who was over a certain age. Her father said that she was older that certain age. After I had complained that she was annoying me about her father's orders to the supervisor, she rushed right over to her father to complain about it. Her father approached me about it. This neighbor had the associate's power to force herself on me and invade my job. My past neighbor troubles got forced on me and came into my job. The neighbor also repeatedly asked me if she can give me a ride home and wanted to invade my private life after the workday was over. I did not want anything to do with her nor continue with the unwanted forced interaction with her after I left the building. The supervisor told me he wanted the neighbor and I to work in shifts because it was not going to work out between us. He printed out a shipping room shedule for all the order entry employees. That did not last long. He then got fired and was no longer there to manage the order entry department. His boss wanted the neighbor in the shipping room with me when there were 3 or more boxex. That rule also applied to a multi shipment order. The third supervisor and warehouse manager wanted her in the shipping room during most of the time I was there. I was not required nor allowed to help in the shipping room during my neighbor's shift if there were 3 or more boxes. One time, the neighbor said to the shipping room guy that it was her shift now and she will take care of that order. The hiring manager apparently took me for a ride and lied that the neighbor and I would be working in shifts when she told me that management wanted to hire her. On my last day at Totalcomp, the hiring manager kept repeating that their were not shifts even after I said that she told me that the neighbor and I would be working in shifts. That was very cruel that the hiring manager took away the shifts and wanted to force me to work with this neighbor. It was also very cruel that the management wanted to increase the duration of having to work with this neighbor in the shipping room. The second supervisor was no longer around to keep this neighbor and I separated.The neighbor constantly freaked out in the shipping room and banged loudly on the keyboard. She was not able to do the more advanced orders. The problem with the neighbor then escalated with the management and some of the employees. The management, her father, and some of the employees came after me when I complained about her or if there was an issue concerning her. Management and some of the employees ganged up on me about her and wanted to hurt me. The management and the owner's son's girlfriend blackmailed and made war attacks on me about the neighbor. They wanted to call the police on me because of issues I had about the neighbor. I was in danger of getting unjustly arrested at Totalcomp. The management and employees at the company became my instant enemies after that neighbor was hired. One evening, the owner's son's girlfriend harassed me and made war attacks on me about the neighbor. For one hour, she repeatedly put her hand on the phone and said she was going to call 911 on me. For one hour I had to keep asking her not to call 911. She harassed me to like the neighbor like her dog and go back to being her friend. She also slandered that I was going to have a heart attack and pass out and wanted to make a false 911 call on me. The supervisor and the neighbor saw that I was fine. The girlfriend also told me to leave and never come back. It prevented me from finishing my job and getting out of building at 6PM. This could have gone on all night. She was blackmailing me and only cared about winning. She was not even my boss. She was only a salesperson. She was very cruel to me. My supervisor and neighbor stood there and watched. The supervisor could have ended the trouble. The supervisor had first complained that he was not happy with the neighbor, but then he blamed me for not talking to her and for complaining about her. He must have texted the owner's son's girlfriend. He was texting in the conference room right before the girlfriend attacked me about the neighbor. She was also attacking me on an issue that I had only discussed with the supervisor in the conference room. Most of the staff went home for the day. The warehouse manager and my supervisor should have come to my rescue. It was the job of the supervisor and the warehouse manager to make sure that the order entry staff were out of the building by 6PM. There was no one to help me. I did not have the power to call the police on her. I was lucky I even got out of the building around 7PM. Around 7PM, the girlfriend then detained the neighbor and my supervisor so she can have a meeting about me in the conference room. The girlfriend prevented me from finishing my job and getting out of the building by 6PM. She refused to shut up and leave me alone. I should have documented it in a police report that night and paged the warehouse manager. He was gone at 6PM. I became completely vulnerable to the girlfriend who exercised her cruelty to the fullest. I did not get justice from my supervisor's boss after I complained about the cruel incident. No disciplinary action was taken against the owner's son girlfriend. She was on the girlfriend's side and she made excuses for her. She also used the incident to retaliate against me about the neighbor instead of taking action against the girlfriend. The second supervisor was buddy buddy with the owner's son and girlfriend. He got away with loafing in the order entry department before the owner's son promoted him to supervisor. He too held a grudge against me and he got the owner's son's girlfriend after me. He forced me to have a meeting with her and she attacked me for bringing mistakes to the supervisor's attention and said I was unprofessional. Supervisor said that I made the order entry department look bad. The order entry department did not have a private office and was located in the front office. Supervisor said he was very angry with me for showing his mistakes to the first supervisor. One of his instructions was to bring the mistakes to his attention only and not to the person who made the mistake. Owner's son's girlfriend and the supervisor wanted to restrict order entry issues to the conference room. That did not work out. The neighbor knocked on the door and walked in when I was discussing an issue with the supervisor in the conference room. Supervisor must have texted her. Shortly afterwards, the owner's son's girlfriend attacked me about the neighbor in the front office and refused to leave me alone. The second supervisor was nice to my face and told me that I was doing a very good job. He could not be trusted. He was backbiting me to the owner's son's girlfriend and got her after me. He allowed the girlfriend to harass me and bully me for an hour. He texted people behind my back. He got me into trouble more than once. He put me in danger of getting fired by the first supervisor. He got belligerent with me in the shipping room after I offered to give him credit for one of the orders I did. The management was getting on my case about his loafing. He said he was going to have it out with me with the supervisor. The supervisor blamed me for bringing this to her attention and said that it was crazy. She almost called me into the conference room to fire me. After she consulted the hiring manager, she told me to stop watching people and that we all have to get along, otherwise she will have to let one of us go. Of course it would have been me. A cruel injustice. I had to keep my silence just so she would not fire me. That associated who was loafing around a lot is the one who should have been fired. The politics that went on at Totalcomp is why he got away with not working and was not fired. The owner was the one who ended up firing him. The owner's son could not save his job. He also put me in danger of getting fired after he was made the supervisor. He also put me in danger of having the girlfriend call the police on me and getting me arrested. He was also going to allow the girlfriend to call the police on me and have me throw me out. He also allowed the girlfriend to slander that I was having a severe anxiety attack and that I was going to have a heart attack and pass out. Again, he and the neighbor saw that I was fine. His boss who was not even there took her word against mine. He also put me in danger of having the girlfriend commit me to a mental hospital. She could not be trusted either. The girlfriend was a very dangerous person. The girlfriend and the second supervisor had the power of the owner's son. This was an injustice. The girlfriend's only concerned should have been her orders, clients and accounts. The order entry department and my issues with the neighbor was none of her business. The second supervisor appeared to be a very sweet and kind person. He was getting me into trouble with the first supervisor and then gets the owner's son's girlfriend after me. He put me in danger of getting fired. One evening, I ran into the former supervisor at the Dollar Tree after we were no longer employed at Totalcomp. He was texting on his phone. Shortly afterwards, the neighbor walked into the Dollar Tree. He must have texted her. He texted on his phone a lot. The neighbor's father introduced him to her at the owner's party. I saw them both enter data into their phones. Shortly after he became supervisor, he interviewed and hired the neighbor behind my back. The owner's son once approached me in shipping room. He said if a person is not with them, then it is war. The management and some of the employees declared war on me after the neighbor got hired. The owner's son turned against me because I was not with them about the neighbor. I started to hate the owner's son when he said that he did not think the neighbor did anything to me and he said if I was not feeling well, then I can go home. He supported the neighbor's hiring and was on the neighbors side. I was very shocked by how nasty the owner's son was to me. The owner's son repeated what I said to the neighbor. She used the owner's son's exact words in the shipping room to indicate that the owner's son told her that I complained about the company wanting to hire her. She started work there the next day after I complained to the owner's son. She thanked the owner's son for hiring her. At the end of the day, I have seen the neighbor hanging out with the owner's son and his girlfriend in the girlfriend's office. When it was the owner's son's anniversary, I should have just politely congratulated him and not said another word. I no longer liked him. 2 guys in the shipping room started to make cruel and harassing comments after this neighbor was hired. One of them even used the exact words of another neighbor who was buddy buddy with her. Another red flag. The employees in the warehouse and the neighbor's father used very bad language. The warehouse manager wanted me to go on a date with him. I was also a victim of malicious gossip and slanders. Luckily, I am no longer employed there. It was not safe being on the company property. The employment commissioner investigator said I had a personality clash with the neighbor. She thinks she must have complained about me and that the company ganged up on me. She thought they were idiots. It was too dangerous to be employed with this neighbor because she had the company power. This neighbor repeatedly stalked me on the apartment property for a while after I left Totalcomp. I was shocked and terrified when she began to show up repeatedly near my home and on my block. She also repeatedly parked near my home and on my block and loitered around her car. Some of the neighbors also witnessed it. She also looked directly at my apartment. It escalated when she tried to aggressively force herself on me on the apartment property. Totalcomp management and her father did nothing to end the stalking after I complained about it. It was a struggle to avoid her. There was a shocking incident right after I had tripped and fallen on the walkway. 2 neighbors told me to wait while they summon the police to make sure I was OK. The neighbor suddenly approached the fence and started to walk back and forth and watched me. She then went into the parking lot by the train station. The police then came. When the neighbor came back and saw the police were there, she then left. There was another incident when I had to stop by the residential management's office about a maintenance manner. I was not able to reach them by phone. As I headed to the office, I suddenly saw the neighbor walking in the same area. She then changed directions. I changed my route to get to the office another way. I then saw that neighbor loitering around near the office area and looking at her phone. I tried to sneak passed her while her back was turned. She suddenly turned around and saw me walk passed her. She then began to follow me and watch me instead of minding her own business. When no one answered the office door, I then went to try to find a super. I suddenly saw that neighbor loitering next to the supers on the street and not moving. It prevented me from talking to the supers and I then went home. One time, when I looked out my bedroom window, I saw the neighbor standing there and looking in the direction of my bedroom window. Fortunately, my curtains were closed. Another time, I stepped out to throw out the garbage after 11:00PM. The neighbor suddenly showed up near my home and walked through the apartment quad. She changed directions and came back and started to loiter around near my home. She turned around and looked directly at my apartment. When she saw I was standing there, she immediately left the area. This neighbor had refused to stop stalking me for over a year after I had left Totalcomp.The incidences got too bizarre. The Totalcomp management did nothing to put an end to this neighbor's stalking after I had complained about the incidences to people at the company. The management and some of the employees could have also been behind it. That was unacceptable that the trouble at Totalcomp continued on the apartment property and that the trouble with this neighbor came into Totalcomp. I was lucky the apartment management finally did something to put an end to the stalking. There has not been a problem since then. There were red flags before she was hired. Even though she apologized at the company and embarrassed me, the war with her was not over. She harassed me that same day in the laundry room and was just as nasty. She stalked me at the owner's party. She repeatedly followed me and approached the areas that I was at during most of the party. I had to keep moving just to avoid her. Even though the owner saw it, he said that they all love her. After she started working at Totalcomp, this incident repeated in which she did not stop following me and she continued to repeatedly approach the areas that I was at after I tried to avoid her. Before she was hired, she also called me at the company and refused to hang up. A repeat of what happened at my apartment and the laundry room. The neighbor had made an unwanted visit to my apartment one night so she can harass me. I first ignored her when she banged loudly on my door. When she continued to knock on my door, I told her that I did not want to be disturbed. She refused to stop talking and said she wanted to talk to me about Deals. There had been an incident in which she used Deals as an excuse to force unwanted and harassing comments on me. After she finally left, she harassed me later that night in the laundry room. As I was approaching the laundry room, I saw her peeking inside the laundry room and then she left. She came back to the laundry room shortly afterwards and began to harass me. I told her that I did not want to be disturbed and that I do not want her talking to me. She refused to stop talking and leave me alone. She also approached the washing machines and indicated that she wanted to to her laundry at the same time that I was doing it. When she continued to harass me and followed me out of the laundry room, I told her that I will get someone to help me. She then said, "Don't you threatened me". I then told her to stay away from me. She got nasty and said that I was crazy. I went back to my apartment. That same night, she made an unwanted visit to my next door neighbor to complain about me. When I opened my door, I saw the neighbor standing on my porch and talking to my neighbor. The neighbor then closed her door and my neighbor left. The following week, the neighbor and her father who was employed with Totalcomp had showed up near the laundry room area. They were silent while they were watching me walk to the laundry room. Her father had a very angry look in his face. That is stalking. She deliberately brought her father to the laundry room area so she can badmouth me to him. A neighbor told me that she was badmouthing me. He started to show up a lot in the parking lot area at the same time that I used the laundry room. That is why he recognized me when I started work at Totalcomp. Every week, I began to see religious materials in the laundry room machines that I was using. I saw that neighbor repeatedly loitering around the laundry room area with a small white bag and going in and out of the laundry room. One night, as I was leaving the laundry room, I saw a white bag appear around the corner. The person standing there moved back. When I turned around, I saw the neighbor sneaking to the laundry room with that white bag. When she saw that I was watching her, she changed directions and went into the parking lot. A neighbor had complained to me that she had gotten too obsessed with the laundry room and she was making repeated visits there when she was there. There was another incident in which she deliberately loitered on the path I took to the laundry room and did not move. She also deliberately did her laundry at the same time that she knew that I was going to do it. I had to keep changing my schedule in order to try to avoid her. She was constantly showing up in the laundry room area. One time when I was using the laundry room, I suddenly saw the neighbor appear at the stairs of the laundry room with that small white bag. She just stood there and watched the laundry room. She would have entered the laundry room with that white bag if I had not been there. There was a frightening incident when I heard the neighbor screaming in the parking lot and imitating me as I was walking to my apartment. I then walked to the parking lot and saw the neighbor. When she saw that I was watching her, she then left the parking lot area. The apartment management even closed the laundry room for a week after I reported another stalky incident that had happened in the laundry room. A neighbor told me that someone was putting dirt inside the machines. Once the laundry room opened up again, I again was finding religious materials inside the machines that I was using. There was a frightening incident when I saw no religious materials inside the laundry room when I went there to do my laundry. When I went to get my clothes out of the dryer, I saw religious flyers inside the dryer. Someone went into the laundry room and put religious flyers inside the dryers that I was using after I had left the laundry room. That neighbor was the only person who I saw repeatedly and frequently loitering around and visiting the laundry room with that small white bag. One time as I was approaching the laundry room, I heard the neighbor yelling at me, "You better stop writing things about me." I do not know if it was from the parking lot or from her apartment window. I had documented the stalky incidences with the management. Apparently she was either watching the laundry room area from her apartment window or she was loitering outside somewhere near the laundry room area and watching the laundry room. Another time, when I had returned to the laundry room, someone had turned on the lights and there was a horrible stench in the laundry room. No one else was using the laundry room. Shortly before this neighbor began to victimize me with the repeated laundry room stalking, she had caused a disturbance inside the laundry room past midnight when I was there. I had fallen asleep and went there to get my clothes out of the dryer. This neighbor then walked in and she refused to stop talking when I complained about it. She kept repeatedly asking me to get out of her way so she can check her laundry when I was trying to get my laundry out of the dryer. I approached her in the parking lot after that happened and told her that I do not want her to disturb me like that again in the laundry room. She replied, "Oh, you mean you do not want me talking." She then followed me to my apartment and started to ask me personal questions. She had been repeatedly harassing me to move out of my apartment to another place that was not acceptable housing. When she harassed me about it again at my apartment, our friendship then came to an end after I told her never to bring that up again. I realized the conversations with her were not good and that she was using it to harass me and to try to influence me. I no longer wanted anything to do with her. She repeatedly stalked me on the apartment property after I ended the friendship with her. Another reason I ended the friendship with her is she does not stop talking. She even stalked me at Deals. While I was checking out, she walked into the store and passed the register that I was at. She said hello to the manager who was checking me out and continued walking. When I got done checking out, I suddenly saw that the neighbor was standing right next next to me at the front end of the register and loitering around. She had immediately changed directions and made an unwanted approach right next to me. She was bothering the manager and stalking me. The neighbor complained about me to the manager while she was ringing up the customers after I left the store. I was forced to keep my silence in the store or there would have been a big flare up. The neighbor would not have stopped talking. It would have continued on the apartment property. That neighbor upsetted my customer experience and interfered with it. When I called the manager later to complain about the incident, she said that she knows all about the problem that I was having with the neighbor and said that she does not stop talking. The Totalcomp management and employees were blaming me for not liking her and made me look bad. Even though the hiring manager was aware that I did not like her and that things were not OK between us, she still hired her. She did not care that I was suffering with her. We were both tenants on the same apartment property. We should not even be working together. It was a horrible employment situation that the management had forced on me. The hiring manager was one of the people that ganged up on me about this neighbor and became a threat. It was also a threat that the owner hired his girlfriend's best friend. It was an injustice that the management allowed her to verbally attack and slandered about me at a meeting after I had an issue about the neighbor. She lied that I was acting crazy, nutty and abnormal. That is exactly what I thought of her and her crazy data entry and mistakes. I was not able to have a private meeting with the management without this lady butting in and attacking me. It was not right to include her in the meeting. I was a threat to her reputation because I caught her incompetent and sloppy mistakes and brought it to the attention of the management. The intent of the meeting was to make me look bad and humiliate me. This associate did not want anything to do with the shipping room. Another order entry associate would have been fired for refusing to work in the shipping room. On my first day at the job, the supervisor trained me how to do basic orders in the shipping room. All new order entry associates were trained in the shipping room on their first day. This horrible meeting could have gone on all day. The manager oppressed me from standing up to her and allowed her to harass and attack me. She could not be trusted either but she had the owner's power. Totalcomp was a family orientated company. I was lucky I even lasted there for almost 2 years because of the turnover of staff. The first supervisor was very good at the job. She did an excellent job in training and supervising me. I was not sure if I would still be employed there after first month or the first year. The first supervisor used the number of months that I was employed there, information, the mistakes, and problems against me. My coworkers got me into trouble with her. The first supervisor's husband also worked there. There were threats of getting unjustly fired. After a coworker said he was going to have it out with me and got me into trouble with the supervisor, she almost called me into the conference room to fire me. The supervisor instead gave a warning after she spoke with the hiring manager. She may have wanted the hiring manager to join her in the conference before terminating me. Lucky that did not happen. Another threat. The first supervisor blamed me for the trouble with that coworker and said this was crazy and getting ridiculous. Leaving her a note about the problem did not help and it got used against me. The issue that was going on was that the coworker who got me into trouble was loafing and his numbers were low. He had the power of the owner's son. More crap that happened at that company. After the third supervisor took over, once the neighbor and the owner's girlfriend's best friend were trained, the owner laid me off due to budget cuts and another reason. Management and the 2 employees connected with the owner and son took advantage of the problems and scapegoated me. They twisted things around and used the information against me. The company used me. I was the stronger person in the order entry department. It was also a threat that the management gave the third order entry supervisor power. She became an immediate threat and could not be trusted. I was shocked by the accusations she made and how cruel and nasty she was to me. She was also a malicious liar that told lies about me at the meeting. It was her word against mine. She messed up the order entry department. She was not experienced like the first 2 supervisors. She was busy with the accounts department. She slashed my shift and job and gave it to the neighbor. One day, her boss said there were no shifts. The neighbor still had her shift. Most of the day, I barely had anything to do. She and her boss gave me trouble. They did not care that the data entry of some of the workers was sloppy. The also abused the security cameras and used it against me. I committed no security breach or violation. Supervisor indicated that she wanted to call the police on me. Her boss who knew me for about 2 years allowed the abuse to happen. The supervisor made me look bad for bringing the mistakes and sloppy data entry to her attention. Before she became supervisor, the data entry had to be accurate and meet up to professional standards. Her boss condoned the sloppy data entry and said it was for their records only. It was also for the customer's and shipping records. The neighbor also freaked out in the shipping room. The third supervisor came after me and blamed me for complaining about her. I was the one who got into trouble. She was power wolf who put me and the neighbor through an inquisition. I did not realize that she would put the neighbor through an inquisition in the front office after I complained that she was annoying me. She could not be trusted either but she had the power of her boss. She too was a very dangerous person along with the owner's girlfriend's best friend. On my last day, the management had the owner's son's girlfriend participate at the meeting. They had the owner's girlfriend's best friend hang around at the front office past her clock out time in order to spy on me. When I attempted to discuss my final business with the hiring manager about the unemployment insurance and housing authority, the girlfriend said it was against the law for them to continue talking to me. She told me to get my things like Roman and leave the premises. Another threat. These were people who got away with breaking the law. They had the neighbor leave with them right after the meeting. The warehouse manager was kind enough to safely escort me out of the building. Luckily, I was able to send an email to the hiring manager and conclude my final business with the company that way. The hiring manager and order entry supervisor should have been the only people present at that meeting. My final business with the company was not the girlfriend's business. They included her as a retaliation against me. I am glad that the owner laid me off and spared me further hell and crap at this company. The management and some of the employees were power wolves. It would have been a threat to still be employed there before the pandemic. There were too many threats there. So much crap. The company was messed up and dysfunctional. I hope I do not get subjected to further war attacks and trouble for writing this review. I was already put through enough hell. It was a cold and cruel world at that company. There were some very dangerous people there. There was a threat of these dangerous people ruining my life and causing me damages. They were monsters. Totalcomp was located in a nice office building. I also liked the landscaping of the property. Horrible things happened there. I am glad that I am no longer employed at this company.

I was a customer of the Minuteman Press at the Fairlawn, NJ location for many years. It use to be owned by a father and son team. I was lucky that there was a copy and print center nearby to get important documents copied or faxed, especially during the pandemic when the library had shut down. The staff gave me excellent customer service. The issues I had with them is when the management had put up a notice stating that effective December 15,2022, the instant copy and fax service was being restricted from 11:30AM-1:30PM. The lady there who I assumed was the owner said that they were not meeting their deadlines. It was an inconvenience to the customers who needed important documents copied or faxed. It was also an inconvenience to the customers who did not visit there during the restricted times to get documents copied or faxed. The management never should have restricted the copy and fax service in the first place. It is a red flag and they are really saying that they do no want our business. That is not how a print and copy center is suppose to be run. Also the printing manager no longer wanted to take the time to copy or fax the documents. During one visit, he got angry and told me to go to the library. He used very bad language. That is very bad customer service and unprofessional. There were occasions when I had to wait awhile because the printing manager was busy with the copier. Before this started to happen, the staff just took the documents and copied or faxed it right away and in a timely manner if they were not busy with a customer or on the phone. They were very professional. The problems started to happen in 2022. New ownership had taken over that Minuteman Press towards the end of 2021. In March 2023, I no longer saw the sign about the restrictions. Now there is a sign posted in the front that says if someone needs something copied or printed to please send them an email and that there will be a one dollar minimum charge. I never needed to send an email before in order to get something copied. There was never a one dollar minimum charge. A customer was charged only for the number of pages that were copied. The owner now tells me that it will be OK for me to stop there anytime. It contradicts what she told me when I spoke to her at the shop. She said since it was before 1:30PM she can still do the copy job. The printing manager told me over the phone that the restrictions were still in effect and that they had other things to do. Now I just saw the sign on the window that said that the Fair Lawn Minuteman Press will be moving soon to Saddle River Road. Fortunately, there is another local print and copy center that I can go to or the local library. In the past, I would have given the Minuteman Press a better rating. At this time, the customer service and experience with them has been below average. I recently went to another copy and print center to get some important documents copied. The clerk did it right away. The library was closed due to construction. The old Minuteman Press is gone and my business with them is over. I was lucky they were around on Fairlawn Ave for so many years.

It would be better if customers have their documents copied and faxed elsewhere if there is going to be an issue at the Minuteman Press.

I was a welcomed member at the Fair Lawn, NJ Retrofitness for 4 1/2 years. It was a great gym to work out at. I liked the state of the art cardio and weight room machines. I also liked the classes. I enjoyed watching the movies of the day. I also liked the smoothie of the week specials. The management and the staff were very friendly to me. The cons. Some of the male staff shouted when they spoke to me. I got frustrated with the cardio movie room. The members talked on their phones or with each other. They were rude to me and called the manager if I complained to them about the talking while I was trying to watch the movie. I could no longer watch movies in the movie room when it got moved to the smaller studio. The sound and view was bad. I had to watch the movie on the cardio machine with the HD TV. When things started to go wrong, the managers Andrew and Samantha stopped being nice to me. The manager Andrew started a fight with me one evening when I brought it to his attention that the movie language had gotten changed to Spanish. He said I would have to watch the movie in English subtitles. He even implied that I was a racist and accused me of yelling at him when I got upset. I have also overheard Andrew backbiting me to the staff. Andrew also blamed me when there was a problem with the digital cardio machines and HD TVs. The bad customer service and business practices of the management was why my membership suddenly came to an end in June, 2021. It happened after I made a complaint about another incident I had with the night cleaning guy. I recieved very nasty emails from the managers Andrew and Sam in which they verbally attacked me and discredited the complaint. After I complained to customer service about it, the management suddenly terminated my membership without my consent. They also lied to a consumer affairs investigator that the reason for the termination was I committed violations, did not follow rules, and that my behavior was inappropriate. I was a well behaved member who just went there to work out. Being the Retrofitness was privately owned, I was not able to get corporate to help me. I failed to get anyone to save my membership. This was a cruel injustice. They were on the cleaning guy's side. I was a very good customer. The cleaning guy was rude and lost his temper at me. I was no longer able to use the gym without him bothering me, watching me, loitering near me, and making unwanted approaches when he was there. He gossiped about me in Spanish. On my last day, the cleaning guy made an approach in front of me at the counter, said something in Spanish and started laughing. A member said to him that he did not understand Spanish, but he knows what that means. The cleaning guy constantly walked into he ladies locker and bathroom which was next to the showers and changing area. He kept firing the female assistant. I also read 100's of reviews about the bad business practices that went on at the Retrofitness. People complained in the reviews that collections came after them after they cancelled. People I spoke to also had the same problem. They also got charged during Covid. A person told me that the Retrofitness would not let him sign up again because he got billed 140 dollars after he cancelled and he had to pay it. News 12 reported that a NJ bill will require the Retrofitness to provide an online option for the gym member to cancel their membership. I also read that members who signed up for their training programs were subjected to unauthorized and illegal charges. I read that members were even charged 1500 dollars. There were also bad reviews about the manager Samantha Lopez on the Google, Yelp, and Better Business Bureau website. People complained that she was very nasty and rude and that her customer service was very bad. Samantha stalked a member with emails and texted messages. I saw the Undercover Boss episode in which the owner of the Retrofitness fired Jackie. Samantha was worse than Jackie. She is the one who the owner should have fire. What a misery.

The Pros. I was happy with the haircuts. It is more affordable than a lot of the other salons. It was easy to get an appointment. The negatives. The customer service and business practices were bad. I started to have trouble with Vlad's sister Mila from the first time I had my haircut there. The unwanted, embarrassing, and harassing comments that Vlad's sister Mila made to me during my last visit ruined the customer experience and relationship. If she were not Vlad's sister, she could be fired for talking to a customer like that. I was not able to get a haircut with her in peace. Not very professional nor pleasant. She made those unwanted, embarrassing, and harassing comments in a public hair salon where other people could hear it. She continued to provoke me with those horrible comments after I told her that it was making me uncomfortable. Comments that she made to me the first time I got my hair cut with her had also disturbed me. Mila's only concern should have been the business and customer service. The signs were strong that Mila may have allowed a former hair stylist who was also a manager at another salon to use her to harass me me and to continue with the trouble that she gave me at her salon. Mila used her exact words and made the same kind of harassing, unwanted, and embarrassing comments. The unwanted comments verbally escalated in which the comments were more harassing and embarrassing. Seeing Mila was like seeing the former hair stylist. I left the last salon to get away from the harassment and it continued at the Vlad's Hair Studio. The former hair stylist would have been the one making the rude and harassing comments if I had remained her customer. I was very shocked. The bad experience I had with Mila gave me the creeps. Mila exploited her position and misused information. It became a problem that Mila was Vlad's sister. Mila also wanted to overcharge me for a haircut. Vlad had enforced the correct pricing for the haircut for the rest of 2021. In 2022, Mila had charged me more for the haircut and said that the prices went up. Vlad supported it. The pricing on the website never went up until the end of May. Vlad first told me that the pricing on the website was going to go up in September and he would have to talk with the stylist to see how much I would be charged for a haircut. It went up in May instead. Vlad even increase the price of the perm, but it never went up on the website until the end of May. On my last visit. Vlad also charged me a fee for paying with a credit card. That is three times within 5 months that the prices went up. Vlad and Mila took advantage of the pricing and exploited it. They kept finding excuses to charge me more money for a haircut. Vlad was letting Mila have her way with the pricing. The Vlad Hair Studio is very dysfunctional and the pricing is inconsistent. After I made a complaint about the horror that happened with Mila, Vlad sent me a disturbing message and wanted me to make a phone appointment with him. He then sent a nasty message that I was never welcomed at the Vlad Hair Studio again and that things are not changing. It was scary that Vlad was messaging me passed 11PM which is way past business hours. Very bad management and customer service. I would have given the Vlad Hair Studio 5 stars if I had not gotten crap from Vlad and his sister Mila. I noticed that the other bad customer reviews that had been posted on Google are gone. Not too honest. I regret ever returning to the Vlad Hair studio. What a misery. Beware. I lost trust in Vlad and his sister.

Management violated the cancellation policies by suddenly cancelling my membership in June, 2021 without my consent after I reported another harassing incident with the night cleaning guy and for complaining to customer service when I did not get any justice from them. They fabricated things about me in order to do it. Andrew and Samantha sent nasty emails in which they verbally attacked me and discredited the complaint. Management also lied to a consumer affairs investigator that they terminated my membership because I did not follow rules, I committed violations, and that my behavior was inappropriate. I was a well behaved member and an innocent victim who just went to the gym to work out. Being the gym was privately owned, I failed to get anyone to save my membership. Complaining to customer service only gave management more ammunition to use against me so they can have an excuse to terminate my membership. I assumed that things would cool off and that I would have been able to return to the gym. I made a shocking discovery that my membership was involuntarily cancelled behind my back. Good thing that I found out on my own and did not return to the gym. No customer appreciation. There were repeated harassing incidences with the night cleaning guy that had disturbed me. On June 11,2021, when I went to the front desk to get my smoothie, the cleaning guy started to watch me. He then made an immediate approach, made a comment in Spanish and started laughing. It got more suspicious when a member said to him that he did not understand Spanish but he know what that means. The cleaning guy was gossiping about me in Spanish. The management lied for him and covered his tracks. The cleaning guy was able to get away with it because I do not speak Spanish. The manager Andrew twisted things around and made me sound like a racist.There were incidences in which the cleaning guy was nasty and lost his temper at me. He angrily pulled out the extension cord and almost tripped me. He yelled at me at the front desk to get out of his way. He slammed the broom and dust pan down in the ladies room after I walked in. He yelled in Spanish and stormed out. Management did not even care enough to apologize when I reported it. Andrew said no one else was complaining about him and he has to clean. The cleaning guy was constantly walking into the ladies bathroom which was next to the showers and cleaning area. He kept firing the female assistant who he occasionally hired. Read on the websites that members who signed up for training packages were subjected to illegal and unauthorized charges were charged 1400 dollars. Also there are 100's of reviews on the website about collections coming after members who had cancelled their memberships. Their accounts and credit got messed up. People who I spoken to said they cancelled the way they were suppose to and collections came after them. Also members complained on Google, Yelp, and Better Business Bureau about Samantha Lopez' poor customer service and that she was abusive, nasty, and rude. The owner fired Jackie on the Undercover Boss instead of Samantha, She was worse than Jackie. What a misery.

When I saw Dr. Mirza in NYC, I did not have a problem with him. Dr. Mirza honored the Valpak coupon and gave me the 50% discount on the Juvederm treatment and only charged me 250 dollars. The office was even interested in my feedback about my experience with Dr. Mirza. He was also polite when I saw him in NYC. The office also emailed me a receipt for the services rendered. I was expecting the same positive experience and good service when I saw Dr. Mirza at the Fair Lawn, NJ beauty salon. The experience was a nightmare. Dr. Mirza did not honor the 50% off coupon and he refused to give me the 50% discount. He told me that the full price of the service was the 50% discount and he charged me the full price. He was rude to me during the entire visit. I had trouble communicating with him. He did not bother to give me a receipt. He also said that he would send me the receipt. He first typed 500 dollars paid. Not an acceptable receipt. He said that he would send it again when he got to his car and then he drove off without sending me the receipt. He also tried to solicit over 1000 dollars. I thought I was going to save a lot of money like the last time I saw Dr. Mirza. Instead, he only cared about trying to solicit a lot of money and charging me full price for the service. The purpose of the coupon was to help me save me money and give me a discount. Dr. Mirza immediately threw the coupon in the garbage after I gave to him. In NYC, Dr. Mirza did a detail job when he gave me the injections. This time he was in too much of a rush and did not do the same detail job when he administered the injections. He also did not take the syringe out of a new box like the last time. He took it out of a gym bag. I read that he has sued patients who gave him bad reviews. I recently read that the Medical Board temporarily suspended his license due to malpractice and for not meeting up to medical and business standards. There is also a consumer alert on him that he has abused the legal system. Read that Dr. Mirza was arrested for defrauding the Amtrak healthcare system. Copied and pasted this from the DOJ website. From April 2017 through June 2022, Mirza and his conspirators agreed to engage in a scheme to bill the Amtrak health care plan for fraudulent claims for services that either were never provided or were medically unnecessary.
