I purchased 8 packs of fresh look monthly disposables recently. During my swap last month I noticed 1 lens (same box my prescription is the same for both eyes) felt uncomfortable, the lens irritated my eye so I discarded it without making any fuss. This month again had the same problem with a brand new box. I swapped the lens over and found it also started to irritate the other eye... which means there is obviously a problem with the quality of the lens. Tried calling customer service this morning and I spoke to someone who didnt seem interested. Next thing I can hear is the engaged tone, called a further 3 times they answer and disconnect your call... called back again and it's going to recorded message waited 6mins holding to be told by an answer machine they are experiencing high levels of calls and they will call me back! No call as yet! I wont hold my breath... poor! Very poor! Please save yourself the hassle and dont bother.
