I was an avid purchaser. I spent maybe about 3k total. All of my roses died. They also gave me attitude when I sent them an email asking for a replacement. They lost a good customer

I booked an hotel room with king bed and balcony view. I purchased and made my trip. When I got there they said I had not booked anything I had just reserved. They said they can place me on another room however they may not refund me so I contacted tickets at work to let them know so they can help and they said to just take whatever room they have but if it's cheaper I wouldn't get the refund and if it was more expensive I would have to pay with hotel. They submitted a claim and I have yet to hear from them. It's been about 2-3 weeks. Please don't.
