Bought a hoodie - the zipper would not work,. So, I tried to return it being well within the required timeframe - The sent a QR code - didn't work at any of the three locations in my area... so they sent another - that did not work either...So then they said they would send fedex a return label and to let them know what time would work...which I did but I received no confirmation response to that...So I sent another e mail, and the response was:.We will be happy to issue a call tag. A FedEx driver will bring a preprinted return label and pick up the package. Please note that the return should be properly packaged before the pickup. Please provide the information: The reason for the return The pickup address If the pickup address is business or residential The pickup date The earliest and latest time for pickup - To which I responded immediately BUT no acknowledgement, so I sent an e mail asking if I should expect Fedex today - only response was: it takes 7–10 business days to receive the requested printed label.Your refund will process within 10 business days after delivery to our facility. Once the refund is fully processed, you will receive a refund confirmation email. SO what happened to them sending a label to Fedex? So (if ever) about a month to get my money back? I think they are delaying it so that I will be beyond the return timeframe!
