I don't know how Amazon got hoodwinked into working with them. They are the worst of the worst. No customer service. Fake "missing documentation" notices so they can charge you for storage.

Horrible, avoid if at all possible.

I have been using their WorldShip Software for about two years. I have to say it is one of the WORST enterprise software systems I have ever used. The desktop application does not sync with the web application, and to sync the two required one of their techs one month of work, and in the end, it failed.

It's slow, and bloated, running on ancient technology. It also doesn't support a lot of what we need to do. For example we have rates to and from China from around the world, but our business is in the EU. The hack, required to make it work, is absurd, and doesn't always work. The rates is shows are never correct, so I don't know what to tell clients.

You open the app, and there are daily rate updates, surcharge updates, app updates. Even in the middle of creating a shipment, more updates.

Allegedly there is an web version coming, but given the way the company responds in general, I would say 5-10 years out.

As for general their CS is terrible, You have a question about validity of a label, each CS person will give you a different answer.

Package lost... ooops. Delivered without a signature, whoops again.

The big features are AI, upload your expenses, and that's it. Well, it doesn't always work that way. Lots of uploading and manual work to teach the system.

If I wanted to do it manually, I could have done it with Excel.

Each pack is worse than the next. There is a defect in which one of the end strips is not easily removed. There is a layer of adhesive OVER the paper backing that makes it hard to remove, usually destroying the patch. It's always that same defect. The first bag most of the patches were usable, with great coaxing of the paper backing. The second bag is terrible.

Very upset to find out that depending on which country you choose, your prices will change. This is bad business. Sometimes it can be 45% more!

I have been buying from them for years and was SHOCKED to see that after I filled my cart and THEN logged in, I saw items that were "in stock" and "available" suddenly go "out of stock," and worse, I had some supplements increase in price 45%!

Tip for consumers:
Make sure you check the prices for USA before you send overseas so you don't get ripped off.

Just got an email that said my rates are going from $0.047 per minute to $0.45 per minute, this is an overnight increase of a factor of 10.

My apologies for any inconvenience caused because of the increase in call rates to Israel. Please allow me to explain why there was an increase and what we did about it before we sent the notification.

Our local partners, who help route calls to Israel have increased their tariffs significantly. The change was unexpected and a surprise to us as well. We have a way of handling such situations by partnering with multiple such local partners and whenever there is a price increase, we choose the one who offers best quality calls with the least cost.

We had no better alternatives as all other local partners also offered a similar rate or higher. The increase on Insrael routes are as mentioned below:

What's good about having a website that allows reviews about recipes if you don't post the ones that don't allow feedback, especially when there are errors in ingredients or technique?

This site is VERY unprofessionally run. The webmaster changes the rules of how things operate, on his whim.

Membership is a lot more expense than some of the other, similar services, but offers less. No app on iPhone or Android, and the very POOR see experience.

Now, boom, has decided to cut access to non-paying users.

No way to delete my profile, or even change the profile that is there.
