The app is useful and user friendly. Integrates easily with a lot of platforms. However, no phone number to contact Customer Service and staff absolutely incompetent, I mean ABSOLUTELY.

The first time I bought at tobi it tools around a month to receive the package. I was disappointed that the shipment took so much time + because I live in Canada Montreal there were additional border fees (but this has nothing to do with the merchant).
The second experience I had was much better, my little sister bought a couple of dresses and she wanted to ad the 50% coupon code but apparently did not enter it correctly. I emailed tobi customer service (dreaded the awful service I heard about) but surprisingly they responded the next day telling me that they will refund me the additional 50% off amount.
